We accept major Credit Cards, such asVisa, Master, American Express and UnionPay. Overseas customers can use credit card, bank transfer or WeChat Pay.

Client needs to pay own bank’s fees & charges. 

Tips: Please confirm information with customer service before payment. 

Customers can choose Self-pickup in entity shop by themselves or International Express. 

We will choose suitable international express deliveries to send you the goods based on the relevant information provided by you.

The service of the international express is not available for mainland China for the moment. Customers can also contact us to reserve the goods for collection at our Singapore or Hong Kong store.

 If the customer needs to reserve the goods and schedule for collection suitable time,

The specific amount of reserved deposit and the time of goods storage are as follows:
1. A deposit of 10% (the price of the item) can be reserved for 7 working days

2. A deposit of 20% (the price of the item) can be reserved for 14 working days

3. A deposit of 30% (the price of the item) can be reserved for 21 working days

Tips: We only reserve watches upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit.  If the reservation time exceeds, the customer has not arrived at the store to collect the goods, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking.

We offer 6 months in-house warranty on most of our watches unless otherwise stated. Our warranty do not cover mishandling, wear/tear and accident.

Worldwide delivery by Fedex. Insurance coverage at 2% of selling price. Delivery takes about 15 working days to most countries. Any insured item that is lost will be refunded after investigation is completed by the insurance company.
